I am a certified coach by International Coach Federation which means that I am working both from an ethical and a professional perspective.
I have many years of experience in science of behaviour and leadership. I am a partner and the manager director for Clínica Dental Sueca in Fuengirola.
I think I have a qualitative background to help people to develop his/her quality of life.
Coaching is the jump to help You know Yourself better, to improve aspects of Your life and helps difficulties to overcome that are in Your way.
Coaching is a method that sees every individual as a creative, whole, capable being and with its own resources. The relationship between the client and the coach is one of equals. The role of the coach is to help the client to achieve his or her aims, by facilitating the client to deepen learning skills. The primary focus is on "the here and now" and how to go forward with Your life. How would You describe Your present situation and how would You describe Your ideal situation? are typical coaching questions.
It is the client who chooses the topic. The role of the coach is to listen, ask powerful questions and help the client to realise his/her goals and optimize resources. Normally both the client and the coach have an active role. One session takes about 45 - 60 minutes. Of course everything that happens in the coaching situation is confidential. Payment is in advance.
